I’m so excited to share my first yoga video on my YouTube channel. The flow focuses on thoracic and hip mobility, general flexibility and strength, breath work, and balance (my favorite). It’s a 30-minute vinyasa flow, and is also my go-to yoga flow every day. I put a lot of love and energy (and time) into this video so I hope you gain a bit of peace from watching and joining along.
