My First Yoga Video!

Welcome back!

I’m so excited to share my first yoga video on my YouTube channel. The flow focuses on thoracic and hip mobility, general flexibility and strength, breath work, and balance (my favorite). It’s a 30-minute vinyasa flow, and is also my go-to yoga flow every day. I put a lot of love and energy (and time) into this video so I hope you gain a bit of peace from watching and joining along.

I plan on making more yoga videos on my channel as I go through my yoga teacher training process. Please make sure you subscribe while you’re there and I’ll see you in my next post!
